Clinician Set-up - Assign Appointment Types

AgileEMR Clinician Set-Up: Assigning Appointment Types

• Click Admin on the Agile menu bar
• Click Clinicians & Technicians
• Search the Clinician's name and click the Edit button to the right of the record

• Click the Appointment Types tab
• Click the checkboxes for the applicable Appointment Types
• Click Update Appointment Types

NOTE: If you try to move a patient to a clinician's schedule that does not have that Appointment Type available, the system will not allow you to move that patient. In order to move that patient to the new clinician, you will need to make sure that the clinician has that appointment type available first.
