Auto Insurance--Michigan Specific

Auto Update:
Be aware that no-fault auto legislation has been changed.  The legislation used to include a maximum medical deductible amount of $300.  This verbiage has been deleted and there is no longer a mandated cap on deductible amounts for auto no-fault insurance.  When calling to verify auto benefits and determining COB, please make sure to ask what the patient deductible for medical treatment is so that this can be communicated to patients and so that we can collect some of this at the time of service.
