Add Clinician Schedule Block Time

AgileRPM: Adding a Clinician Schedule

On the Schedule, click the start time for the blocked time under the desired clinician.

  • The window will default to the Patient tab. Click the Clinician tab at the top of the appointment window.
    • Click the type of schedule block.
    • If this is an appointment that repeats on a regular basis (lunch, weekly meeting), click the Repeat event checkbox.
      • Click the days on which to repeat the clinician appointment block.
      • Enter the end date for the repeated appointments.
        • Optional: Add a Note related to the schedule block. This note will appear on the schedule on whichever kind of block you have added:

  • Click Add Appointment.

  • If necessary, adjust the block time length by left-clicking the small double lines at the bottom center of the appointment (cursor changes to 2-headed arrow)
  • Keeping the left mouse button depressed, drag to the new end time.
  • Release the mouse button and click OK to the confirmation message.

If you need to see the specific details of an appointment, you can do so by clicking on the time block. This will display the following information:

  • Appointment details: Appointment ID, appointment type, Date and time the appointment was created or last modified. You can also edit the block type at any time by clicking the edit icon next to block type. 
  • Notes: In this section it will show any notes that were posted to the appointment, along with who created the note with a date and time. It will also have a dialogue box to type in any additional notes and add them as necessary. 
  • Clone Button: This will allow you to clone the appointment. Upon clicking this button it will ask you how many times you would like to clone the block. 
  • Cancel Button: This will remove the clinician time block from the schedule entirely.
  • Recurrence Details: Below the Appointment details, there is a section for Recurrence. It will give you all of the details for how often this appointment will repeat, as well as the date that it will no longer continue to repeat.
    • *NOTE* This is only to display the details of what was selected when the appointment was created you cannot edit this information from this screen. If you need to change which dates this appointment will repeat, you will have to first delete it and then add it again with the correct dates. 

Any Notes that are added the appointment will display on the screen under the appointment type on the schedule. However, if the schedule is really busy you may not see them displayed properly.

  • Notes cannot be removed from this Notes section, so any notes added will always remain on the screen above


NOTE: If you are looking for a particular appointment type, but cannot find it, it is possible that one has not been created yet for that appointment type. If you need to have an appointment type added, please send in a support ticket and we would be happy to look into getting that added for you.
