BCBS/BCN Complete:
BCBS/BCN Complete is a Medicaid product that we do not participate with.  We can see patients however if we obtain a prior authorization.  This auth must be obtained prior to services being rendered. To obtain prior authorization do not use eReferral but call the BCBS/BCN Complete’s provider inquiry at: Phone 1-888-312-5713 and follow the prompts to reach the authorization area.  We are unsure if eligibility will show on WebDenis and recommend calling the number above and verifying on CHAMPS.
