Patient Case – Clinical Notes

AgileEMR: Adding Clinical Notes

• From the patient’s Case Home page, click the Clinical Notes button.
• Click the New Clinical Note button.

• Enter a Subject for the note and the Note Text.
• Once entered, click “Save Note”.

• To create a PDF file of the note, click the Download as PDF button.

• From this tab, you can also edit or delete the Clinical Note as necessary
