Patient’s whose balance has been written-off to collections:If a patient’s balance has not only been referred by the CBC to collections but also has been written-off to collections patients can use the following numbers to contact Allied collections directly. An account written-off to collections will display with a zero balance but have notes on the home screen with the amount that was placed/written-off to collections.
