How to Schedule a Telehealth Appointment

HOW TO SCHEDULE A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT

Telehealth in AgileRPM

1. If patient is not a current patient, it is important that you register the patient within Agile prior to in order for you to be able to bill the patient properly. Please refer to “Create a Case” tutorial on how to do this.

2. Schedule the patient in the AgileRPM

Telehealth in BetterPT

1. Navigated to Telehealth in the top navigation panel

2. Once in the Telehealth tab, click on the “Schedule Telehealth” button on the left navigation panel

3. Create Telehealth popup will display

4. Assign an Appointment Date and Time

5. Enter Patient’s Name

6. Enter Patient’s Email

7. Enter Therapist’s Email

8. Click Schedule Telehealth Appointment button
