Building Templates

Apart from building a Template from within an Initial Evaluation document, you may also build Templates under the My Templates section of your Account.

To begin creating a Template, navigate to the upper right corner of AgileRPM and hover over your mouse over Your Name.

An Account Drop Down Menu will display, select My Templates from the drop down menu.

The system will navigate to the Template Management Screen.

From the Template Management page, you can:

Create a New Template from scratch
Create a New Template from Corporate Templates
Create a New Template from a Personal Template
Edit/ Delete Personal Templates

Select a Body Region or System to house the Template

You will have two options:

Click on the Add New Template button to begin from scratch
Select a Template from your Personal Templates or a Corporate Templates to edit/ create

If creating a New Template, you will enter a Template Name and click on the Create Template button

The Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Treatment sections will display for you to open/ edit/ create for future use.

Each section will auto-save when you close or open the section. However, from the bottom of the page you can also perform the following:

Delete Current Template
Rename Current Template
Create a New Template from Current Template
Erase Template and Start Over from scratch
