Greetings!

AgileEMR has been updated this morning with the new Daily Note pdf! Within the Daily Note pdf, you’ll now find Treatment Log information for the date of service included. The Treatment Log will display on a separate page following the completed daily note (see screenshot below). Only treatments that have been marked as performed on the date of service will display on the pdf. Insurance based treatments will display in the first table, followed by any self-paid treatments (if applicable). If the electronic treatment log is not utilized, no treatments will display on the pdf.

Please Note – For daily notes that have been previously signed, pdfs can be regenerated to show the new document. This can be done within the Documentation Tab in the patients case. Selecting the regeneration button will regenerate the pdf for the date of service to include the treatment log.
