Mirroring Appointments to a Student's Schedule

• Add appointment to Clinician's schedule

• Click into Appointment from schedule
• In the lower right corner of the Appointment pop-up box, there should be a section labeled "Assign Student"
• Type the Student's name in the box, and select them from the drop-down menu
• Click Save

• You should now see the appointment mirrored onto the Student's schedule (it will also still appear on the Clinician's schedule)
