Release Notes 1/30/2025
Summary
Our release today is focused on the final section of the upload module, Active Patients. This release will allow AgileEMR support staff to import current active patients from the legacy system into AgileEMR streamlining the acquisition process. This will free up the development team to work on additional features and enhancements.
New Features
Upload module. Active Patients - Allowing AgileEMR support to import Active Patient lists from legacy systems for acquisitions.
- Highlight required fields that errored in red on edit page upon opening for Active Patients within the upload module.
- Change the order of the validation errors to match field order within the database.
Add Note of:
NOTE: Please add data to the system (Referring Physicians, Insurance Carriers, Payer Groups, Payers, Billing Group) before importing if needed.to Active Patient section in the upload module.Build country and state validation for Active Patients.
- If the country does not have any states, the state field will display as – within AgileEMR. If the country does have states, the state field will be required.
- Only validate fields that are required so errors are not being shown for non-required fields.
- Create History of Uploads page within Patients tab in AgileEMR. Created in database, backend, and user interface of AgileEMR.
- Create Active Patient section within Import Engine. Created in database, backend, and user interface of AgileEMR.
- Create List of Loaded Data page for Active Patient imports to be worked. Created in database, backend, and user interface of AgileEMR.
- Add THE into the validation error messages match current system logic for Active Patients within the upload module.
- Create Edit page for Active Patients within Admin panel.
- Create Read only page for Active Patients within Admin panel.

Bug fixes
Correct duplication of the patient appeared after uploading the file when the same insurance exists multiple times within the file.
Correct multiple validation errors “The Birthdate field is required” and “The Birthdate field must be a valid date” from appearing.
- Correct validation error for the Birthdate field to match requirements.
“Insured’s Last Name” field not showing text after being saved and applied to the system.
Correct validation error for Address field from “Address 1” to “Address”.
Correct wording of the validation error for ZIP field to match requirements.
Resolve error message being received when a valid file is being uploaded.
