Release Notes - 12/8/2025

Summary

In this sprint we have fixed assigning Self-Pay to Sacramento Spine and Physical Therapy and added payer guidelines to the Daily Note header.

New Features

• Payer Guidelines added to the Daily Note header allowing therapists to review insurance billing rules while completing the Daily Note/billing for the patient.

Bug fixes

• Allow Sacramento Spine & Physical Therapy cases to be listed as Self-Pay.
