This sprint included eligibility payer mapping, fixing appointment reminder issues, and Physical Therapy and Spine go-live.

• Physical Therapy & Spine Go-Live
  • Implemented company name override for appointment reminders to maintain branding
  • Created the pull of the Statement and PAT file for Physical Therapy & Spine to maintain branding

Improvements to existing features

• BCBS LA eligibility mapping completed.

Bug fixes

• Reminders not getting queued up for cloned appointments. (all cloned appointments- phone, text, or email should be receiving reminders.)
• Reminders being sent for cancelled appointments
