• Initial Evaluations Only: At this stage, AgileScribe is strictly limited to Initial Evaluation sessions.
• Mandatory Patient Consent: You must obtain verbal consent from the patient before selecting the "Approved" button. Please inform the patient that AgileScribe uses secure, HIPAA-compliant AI to record and transcribe portions of the visit to ensure we remain in alignment with our compliance standards.
• Access via Work Queue: To activate AgileScribe, you must create the document directly from your work queue. Otherwise, the system will function normally. To continue documenting as you do today—or to opt out of AgileScribe—select Manual when opening the document from your work queue.

  

• Template Usage: During Phase 1, while using AgileScribe we do not recommend using templates within AgileScribe, as therapists may lose transcribed data. If you choose to record observations manually, applying templates will function normally.
  • This functionality is scheduled for development in an upcoming release.
• Flagging Data: Any items intended to carry forward to future Progress Notes or Updated Plans of Care must be manually flagged by the therapist within AgileEMR after the note is generated.
• Please note that AI-generated content may not be fully accurate; therefore, all information entered must be carefully reviewed and verified to ensure accuracy.
