Release Notes - 5/22/2026
Summary
This release includes the updated eligibility solution, fix for appointment reminders not getting canceled when the appointment is canceled, update for AgileScribe to implement a message for long SOAP saving, and update for HiBridge status 300 code for progress note due.
Improvements to existing features
- Eligibility solution on the insurance tab.
- Move the Check Eligibility button to the Insurance page.
- Move the View Eligibility History to the Insurance page.
- Move the status indicators to the insurance page and tab.
- Add the Payer Name to the View Response History pop up within the case files for all inquiries that are ran going forward. Previous inquiries will still display just the date and time.
- Updating the Eligibility permissions.
- The user must have the EDIT eligibility permission in order to view and click the Check Eligibility button, View Eligibility History, and the status indicators on the insurance page, as well as the View Response History within the case files.
- The user with only the VIEW eligibility permission will not see any of the previously listed items, but they will see the Check Eligibility button but it will be grayed out.
- Correction for error saving the initial eval sections after generating SOAP with AgileScribe.
- Implementing an error for when it’s taking a long time to generate SOAP or when the system can’t process it right this moment. “AgileScribe SOAP note is processing. Please try again by clicking Generate SOAP to proceed”
Bug fixes
- Correction for HiBridge status code 300 not being presented for all the patients it needed to.
