Release Notes - 7/9/2026

Summary

This sprint includes HiBridge updates for adding the Initial Evaluation flag and Patient Balance flag into the Appointment Roster, sending Patient Balance in the roster, and update to capture the correct time for posting payments from HiBridge.

Improvements to existing features

  • Sending Patient Balance in Appointment Roster API to HiBridge
  • Sending status code 300 and reason of Patient Balance within the Appointment Roster API to HiBridge
  • Sending status code 300 and reason of Initial Evaluation within the Appointment Roster API to HiBridge
  • Update HiBridge Payment Posting API to take time zones into account so payments are showing the correct time in AgileEMR that the payment was taken.

Bug fixes

  • Fix for taking a significant amount of time to cancel appointments
