AE-2035: Updates the Therapist Assessment to show evaluation complexity and patient age more clearly.

AE-1917: Automatically saves transcription data during a session to help prevent lost work.

Bug fixes

AE-2313: Shows the correct message when a transcript is empty, making it clearer what users need to do next.
