Summary

• The Appointment Roster API now includes the Patient Balance amount when a patient has an outstanding balance.
• The API returns Status Code 200  with reason “Patient Balance” for outstanding-balance scenarios.

Improvement to existing features

Appointment Roster API balance status update - The Appointment Roster API already supported returning the Patient Balance amount for patients with an outstanding balance. This release updates the response status code for that existing balance scenario from 300  to 200  while continuing to include reason “Patient Balance”, so downstream systems can handle the balance context without triggering reception outreach.
