Summary

• AgileScribe Assessment complexity now stays dynamic anywhere evaluation complexity appears in the Assessment section, based on the number of selected comorbidities.
• The Therapist Assessment text no longer defaults the 2nd-to-last complexity sentence to Moderate; it matches the calculated Complexity of eval level.
• Database maintenance completed by dropping indexes that were no longer in use.

Improvements and maintenance

AgileScribe Assessment complexity update - The Assessment section now uses the selected number of comorbidities to determine and display evaluation complexity consistently. This fixes the 2nd-to-last Therapist Assessment line so it no longer defaults to Moderate for every patient, and keeps all Assessment complexity references aligned with the calculated Complexity of eval.

Database maintenance - Unused database indexes were dropped as part of maintenance work to keep the AgileEMR database optimized.
